Rationalization of the Economy through Migrant Workers in the Unorganized Sector of Kerala

Purpose: Kerala has seen a considerable influx of migrant workers from various parts India in recent years. is an attractive job market for outside the state because higher earnings, plentiful employment options, and scarcity local labourers. The goal this article to look at availability casual Kerala's labour as well their impact on state's economy. Also looked how migrants' financial social status improves result migration. Design/Methodology/Approach: Descriptive Research was used study, which focused secondary data sources. Secondary gathered through books, newspapers, journals, articles, government websites. Findings: There been whopping increase number Kerala, it figured out that there were 4,12,849 migrants 2001 soared 31,50,000 2020. It mostly increased high remuneration rates, can be even unorganised industry. 60% employed construction, 8% manufacturing, 7% hotels restaurants, 2% trade agriculture, with remaining 23% engaged other occupations.
